Use this product as a shipping for your negatives. We will ship your negatives as a mailbox parcel using PostNL. Delivery takes 1-2 working days from the moment we ship the negatives. Make sure at the checkout to select Pick up at the store option, so you do not get charged twice for shipping.
If you wish to not have your negatives cut and returned the rolls as whole - do not use this option. Uncut film does not fit in a mailbox parcel.
Use this when your order consists of film development only. We can also ship up to 100 10x15cm prints with the negatives This way you can save a some money on getting your negatives back. If you are planning to place an order consisting of film development and any purchase at the shop - use standard shipping at the checkout.
There are no shipping discounts applicable to this product. If you are placing a larger lab order, use the PostNL shipping at the checkout instead to enjoy lower/free shipping.
Disclaimer
Each shipment is tracked and delivered in mailbox. You will receive the tracking code once we ship your negatives. Normally this takes place day or two after you receive your scans or film gets developed.
Even though we do our best to ensure that your negatives reach you, we are unfortunately not total in control of your negative return parcel. This means there is a tiny chance that things might go wrong when returning them by mail. Therefore we would like to make some things clear upfront.
Mailbox parcel service is by carrier's definition intended for documents and other products of little to no value. Unfortunately, this applies to negatives too. Even though package loss in delivery happens extremely rarely, there is a tiny risk that this may occur.
In case your negatives do not reach you within 10 working days, please feel free to reach out to us to start an investigation. In most of the cases, this results in delivery of your negatives.
In case of a missing parcel, we may or or may not offer a compensation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
In case you want to insure your negatives, it is possible. Bear in mind that in event of claim, we will be needed to prove any claimed value of the photos contained on the negative.
Due to terms and conditions of other postal companies that we are working with, we do not ship negatives as mailbox parcel using other carriers.
