Shipping policy

We ship your packages with a carrier of your choosing (options vary per shipping destination). We ship parcels exclusively with a tracked service*. 
Orders are shipped between Tuesdays and Fridays. PostNL shipped orders are also posted on Saturdays.
Cut-off time for orders is 12:00hrs CET. Orders placed after the cut-off time are shipped the next working day. 

Shipping transit times can be checked at the checkout. Those times are purely indicative and no rights can be derived from them. 

If your delivery takes longer than expected (parcel not delivered and status did not change for past 2-3 working days), you are more than welcome to get in touch with us.  Upon request we will launch an investigation with the carrier. This investigation can take as much as a week or even a month in extreme cases.

*Tracking is NOT available for selected non-EU destinations. If in doubt, please contact us. 

Local pickup

Any online orders can be picked up in our shop after receiving an email notification stating that the order is ready for pickup. Normally the order is ready for pickup the same business day.
In case you are in rush, feel free to call us and we will see what arrangements are possible. Having order picked up is always free! Orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be treated as cancelled and fully refunded to the buyer.
