Are you a EU-registered business and are willing to make a business purchase with us? We are happy to help you further!

Bear in mind that we do not offer any products which may be exclusively B2B. 

Netherlands-based businesses

You can place and pay for your order in our web shop.
The invoice will be sent to you once we ship your order and/or negatives. 

Rest of EU

We can ship anything offered in our web shop as a Intra-Community Supply. We will not charge you any VAT on sale (thus you pay only the net price), you still remain to correctly file the purchase VAT with your tax office. 

Orders can be placed exclusively per email. For B2B order we work with prepayments by bank wire. Orders will be shipped once we receive the payment. We can accept a PayPal payment, but we will charge you the PayPal fee of EUR0.49 + 4.9% of the order total. We can ship per our standard shipping options or express upon agreement. 

Feel free to mail us at info@analogspace.nl to place an order. Make sure to include your shipping/billing details, VAT number and contact information. If applicable, state the urgency of your order. 

Shipping terms shall be DAP. Once we receive your inquiry we will contact you with (proforma) invoice and payment instructions. 

Non-EU businesses

Please place an order through our web shop. 

You will be always charged net prices for any product. Any import duties and/or taxes will be your responsibility. For more details, please consult your Customs office.

Bear in mind some of our products cannot be shipped outside of EU - this is the case with significant part of photographic chemicals. If in doubt, please check with us beforehand.
