Option A: At the store
During opening hours, you are welcome at our store in Eindhoven to drop off your film for development. During the drop off you can relay us all the wishes and any extra remarks regarding your order. You will receive a time indication from us when you can expect your photos to be ready. We work only with upfront payments , we accept cash (make sure to have some change too) all major debit/credit cards, and naturally PIN.
Outside of opening hours you can use our mailbox to drop off film. Make sure to put your rolls in a bag and include a note containing your name, email address and order specification. We will send you a payment link via email once we book your films in our system.
Option B1: Mailing your film as a (part of) online order
For your convenience you can easily arrange development of your film by placing an online order for film development. You can refer to the products above for the development process that your roll requires. Via the product page you indicate scanning and (optionally) push or pull development of your film. Keep in mind - one rolls is one product in cart. Example: when ordering development of 3 color negative films, make sure to add 3 C-41 developments in cart.
You can always combine film development with any kind of purchase! This way you can get some new film straight from our fridge with your negatives! During checkout you can leave any additional remarks, like whether you would like to have photos printed, or whether you do not want to have your negatives cut. If you chose to have your order shipped we will ship the negatives back. If you prefer to pick your negatives up or have them destroyed, please select pickup at the store option. By default we will not pack your negatives, if that's not the case leave your preference in the order notes.
After placing an order you will receive a order confirmation email with a unique order number starting with a W (i.e. W62137).
The only thing left is to post your films. Please use a box or bubble envelope to pack your film in to. On the outermost layer of packaging note down your order number.
Once we receive your film(s) you will receive a confirmation with an estimate on when your photos will be ready. Bear in mind that this may take in some cases 1 working day from the delivery date.
Please note the following when shipping your films:
Domestic and international clients (all mail orders):
- We strongly discourage shipping films using regular (unregistered) mail service (post stamps, post stamp codes). This mail service is intended for letters only, sending film in it will cause your 'letter' to have a longer shipping time (even a week within the Netherlands) or result in loss of your films during shipping (yes, it happens but very rarely)
- Always put a sender address with your name on the shipment. It may happen that due to carrier error your parcel will be tagged to be returned. Without return address the parcel might be destroyed without any notice to us or you.
- Always keep the tracking status of your shipment in check. We are unable to keep all incoming film to us in check, in case of any delivery issues (for instance parcel at pickup point) please let us know as soon as possible. It is common that we do not receive delivery notices from various carrier in our mailbox.
Domestic clients
- Films can be shipped as mailbox parcel (Brievenbuspakje), this is the cheapest available registered shipping option at most carriers. When shipping 35mm film, you must ship it without plastic canisters - those will make the package not fit into our mailbox.
Option B2: Mailing your film with order form
Using the form below you can also have your film developed at us!
DOWNLOAD SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure to fill out the form using CAPITAL letters (or fill it using your PDF reader), this will make it easier to read the form. The form itself is self-explanatory, for more complicated matters please refer to explanation section of the form.

Once we receive your film you will receive a confirmation with an estimate on when your photos will be ready. Bear in mind that this my take in some cases 1 working day from the delivery date. PROCESSING INFO
The prices apply to all of the following film formats: 135, 120, APS. 220 films are charged double. For any other format consult the lab before sending in the rolls.
All C-41 films are being developed using Noritsu V30 processor. C-41 films for push or pull development are being developed using Jobo rotary processors. For color negative film development we make use of chemicals made by Calbe Chemie. All B/W films are developed using Jobo rotary processors using Kodak X-TOL film developer.
-
E-6 and ECN-2 films are developed in planned batches using our Jobo Autolab. To maintain the best quality level of our chemicals and predictability of the process we develop film in relatively large batches to minimize oxidation of chemical baths. For E-6 slides we make use of Jobo kit chemicals, whereas for ECN-2 processing we use chemicals kits made according to Kodak process manuals (Module 7, Process ECN-2 Specification (Eastman Kodak Company, 2020)).

SCANNING INFO
All APS, 35mm full-frame (135F) and half-frame (135H) films are scanned using Fujifilm Frontier SP3000 scanner. This is regardless of type of film (photographic emulsion). Some 35mm films (Washi, specific Adox films) must be scanned manually on different scanner due to too transparent base of those films.
-
All other formats are scanned by us using Epson V750 flatbed scanner. That is: 120 film shot in all formats, panoramic 35mm film, 110 film and other unusual formats.
For custom jobs, such as scanning old family archives, or digitalising sheet film, please request a price via e-mail, or come by the shop.
-
printing info
We are also capable of printing your roll of film on high quality photo paper with luster (comparable with semi mat) or glossy finish. Bear in mind that printing of your photos is done from digital files, hence printing is only available for develop + scan options.
-
When printing from scans you benefit from the lowest printing rates offered by us - for instance you pay only €0.30 per 10x15 print when choosing upfront to have your whole roll printed at once.
For printing of only few, selected photos please order via WeTransfer. More information can be found at Photo Printing page.
110 FILM
Due to 110 film format limitations, you cannot choose the scanning size yourself. We will provide you with the highest resolution scans we can do. If you opt for just processing, you can order from the regular lab products. For 110 film development mixed with scanning, use the special products linked below.
negatives
By default we do not pack (sleeve) your negatives. Nonetheless, we keep them for retention for minimum 2 months, in case it would be necessary to rescan your film.
You can chose to have your film sleeved, and packed for pickup. It is also possible to sleeve film without cutting the roll.
In case you mail your film to us, and you pay for shipping at the checkout, or pick right option on the form, you will have your negatives cut, sleeved and shipped back to you. If you mark your order for pickup at the store we will not pack your negatives. If that's not the case, leave a note at the checkout to pack your negatives.
