HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY FILM DEVELOPED?
Normally, for color rolls it takes up to 2 working days to have your roll developed and receive your scans digitally. For all other types of orders, the estimate is given when you drop the roll(s) off with us and is usually maximum 1 week.
HOW CAN I GET MY FILM PROCESSED?
You can deliver your film in person to our store at Leidingstraat 16 (bottom floor of Trudo Toren) in Eindhoven, and pay on-site. You can also make a mail order on our website and send us your film from all over the world!
For mail orders you can use the old fashioned paper form, or make an order in our webstore.
CAN I PAY WITH CARD IN YOUR STORE?
Yes, we got a card terminal at our new location. More so, there is no more need to make an appointment.
WHEN AND HOW DO I DROP OFF MY ROLLS FOR PROCESSING?
You can drop off your rolls in person in our store or make use of one of our dropboxes. We also accept mail orders.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
As we are trying our best to keep film photography affordable to everyone by having low markups on the film stocks sold by us, we are unable to cover the shipping expenses for you. Instead we are offering lower transport costs for order above certain threshold.
