Shipping
We ship your packages with a carrier of your choosing (DPD, PostNL or DHL can be selected during checkout). You can choose from regular tracked service, or insured shipping (selected carriers/countries only). We strive to ship your package within 1-3 working days, but this should be taken without guarantees. Shipping time means that parcel has been handled over to carrier, but have not enter the logistical process. Once the package has been labeled for shipping by us, a tracking code is sent to the email address stated in the order details.
If your delivery takes longer than expected and we have not been made aware of it, you are more than welcome to get in touch with us. Upon request we will launch an investigation with the carrier. This investigation can take as much as a week or more.
Local pickup
Any online orders can be picked up in our shop after receiving an email notification stating that the order is ready for pickup. Normally this takes less than 1 working day. In case you are in rush, feel free to call us and we will see what arrangements are possible. Having order picked up is always free! Orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be treated as cancelled and fully refunded to the buyer.
