Shipping policy

We ship our items within 5 working days mainly with PostNL (Royal Dutch Mail). We are not responsible for package handling after it has been handed over to the shipping agent, nor for any losses or damages done by the mail company. You are free to choose (applicable only in certain regions and/or weight of total order) the insurance value of the shipment and whether the parcel will be traced/signed for. In case of damage/loss of the package, we may file a claim with the postal agent if requested by you.
We reserve a right to ship your package with an other mailing company than PostNL.
