Changes to printing from scanned film
Deel
This change covers only prints made from developed/scanned film. Rules/pricing for printing via WeTransfer remain the same.
Due to high amount of prints which are left behind being not paid for nor ever picked up, we have decided to (once again) change how we work with printing of developed film.
The change results in more convenience for you and cheaper printing costs. The main difference is that we no longer work with confusing deposit scheme, and the time we keep your prints for.
Starting immediately (01/06/2026) we change the pricing for printing from roll of film that has been scanned by us. Now we work with a fixed price for a whole roll of film printed. This comes regardless if it is a 36 or 24 exposure roll.
As always we will keep on printing all photos from roll, unless they are very blurry, extremely underexposed, etc.
Would it be the case we cannot print any photos from your roll (i.e. blank film) then you will receive a full refund/store credit for the printing amount.
If it happens that we have only few photos to print, you will receive a partial refund to reflect the amount of photos printed.
We thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you (or your films) soon!
